Two Questions about duplicate folders

hi.i would like to ask 2 questions about utorrent.

1.when i was using azureus,if i tried to download 2 torrents which had the same file folder,i was getting a warning from azureus about this in order to avoid further complications.from my part i had only to manually change the destination folder of one of the torrents.

unfortunately with utorrent i dont get this warning.this results to the problem that when i download both torrents,the files from the one torrent go to its destination folder but the files from the other torrent,although they have been completely downloaded,they remain in utorrent temporary folder.i have to manually search the temp folder,to find out the lost files from the second torrent and move them to their own folder.

is there a way to avoid all this mess? can utorrent warn me about torrents having the same file folder output,although they are different?

2.is it possible to compare 2 different torrents to find out if they have the same or not, files? if the torrents do have the same files,but they differ only to their trackers and maybe a few files but not all,can i merge these 2 torrents so i can download the files using both trackers?
