Utorrent Drops Peers with Error 10051

I am having a seeding problem that I couldn't turn up anywhere in the forums.

My client drops peers very rapidly, with the logger reporting "error 10051".

I use uTorrent 1.8.2 on Ubuntu 8.10 with wine 1.1.16

Also, my router uses tomato firmware. I have given myself a static DHCP outside the normal range, and have forwarded myself the ports I am using.

I do not have NAT-PMP, UPnP, DHT, Peer Exchange, or any firewalls enabled.

I have tried every possible type of encryption provided by uTorrent.

Port trackers list me as unconnectable.. I'm not sure why.

Also, other people in my house seem to be able to seed, regardless of port forwarding.

I'm having this problem on only two trackers right now.
