mackrossi
...due to my lack of foresight.is there a way to dump/recover/etc. torrent files from utorrent? i would really like to be able to continue seeding these torrents after they get moved to another HDD, w/o having to download the *.torrent files again and again??! moogly
.torrents are saved by default in folder %appdata%\utorrent as long as you remove them.Move your data and change the storage location (stop torrent job, right click, advanced > set dwl location, force recheck)

luvmore138
Tried this. Didn't work. I also tried re-adding each torrent file one at a time, and then ReChecking. But, still it forces me to re-DL the whole file. Any other suggestions?
moogly
Because you did an error. If your data are still here on your HD and you choose the good storage folder when you readd the .torrent (when you see the Add New Torrent dialog box), uT will force a recheck and reseed.Same thing to reallocate folder by right clicking.
