mityak Posted March 14, 2009 Report Share Posted March 14, 2009 Hi,I store my torrents on an Ext. hard drive. Recently I booted up utorrent with my HD disconnected. Even though it's connected now, the files still show up with a red "x", and when I press "force recheck" it just completely re-downloads them.I can't find anything, anywhere, that will allow me to just reconnect those torrent files, as simple as it seems.Please help! mityak Posted March 14, 2009 Author Report Share Posted March 14, 2009 Yes, but I changed it back to appease utorrent (which is kind of ridiculous in itself...I can't even rename my hard drive ever if I want to keep seeding my torrents!). Didn't work anyway. Still says the data is missing.It recognizes the hard drive in general (I'm DLing torrents to it right now...same folder as always), just won't reconnect those torrents!
