Jonofin Posted March 17, 2009 Report Share Posted March 17, 2009 I've had Utorrent for a while now and put up with slow download speeds (20 - 30 KB/s), non-existent upload speeds, and a orange triangle. But now I want to see if I can get it any faster and get a green circle. I've made sure to allow all outgoing TCP/UDP connections in Norton and I forwarded a port on my NETGEAR WPN824v3. I also allowed all incoming TCP/UDP connections on that port in Norton. My ISP is BELD, a small municipal broadband company. My town also has Verizon and Comcast. Could BELD be throttling my traffic? What else can I do to get a green circle? BTW, I just reset my settings and followed the connection guide. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
