Remmerboy
just an idea of simplifying the force re-check option.today you have to stop the torrent(or torrents) click on "force re-check" and then start the torrent again (if you want to).would it not be better, if the utorrent stopped it, and start the check and then start the torrent again in just one click?you would go down from 3 clicks to 1. that's an improvement of 66%
moogly
And what do you do about users who want only to recheck the torrent job and not restart it?
Remmerboy
then the force re-check should only stop the torrent and check and not start it again. but still, you save clicks. in this manner you would improve the feature by 33-50% or in the option menu, you could opt-in that force re-check should start the torrent again after a check. thegooroo
scifon wtf, this is 3/4 posts with 'bump for ' something...this idea makes sense because most of the time you do want to restart after a recheck, e.g. when you add files to an active torrent, but is your carpal tunnels that bad, that those 3 clicks are killing you? Remmerboy
yes... or maybe in the future of all the clicking it just make sense making it more user friendly.
