uTorrent crashing my system with BSOD

I have RAID 0 + 5 out of 4 1TB WD Black drives on ICH9R on ABIT IP35Pro.

Whenever I use uT 1.81 in the same time with a video player or a game, my system BSODs with BAD_POOL_ADDRESS error.

I have latest drivers and updates and a fresh installed OS (Vista x64).

What could be the problem ?

Do you have a wireless card?

If so, do you know what chipset it is?

No, I do not use wireless. Chipset is intel P35.

I've tried 1.8.2 too and the problem is the same. From what I tried to determine it's something between RAID driver, audio driver and uT but I can't point my finger on what exactly is at fault.
