My downloads are still running at 30 - 50kb/s but no matter what port I choose I don't have one that is connected. I've made sure that the McAfee Firewall is allowing full access to Utorrent. The port is 54765 right now, I have UPnP enabled, TCP and UDP enabled. I made sure the torrents are not being blocked by the wirewall and are not "read only" files.I really have no idea what to do. it's frusterating. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
