BaKaRa
I wonder why this great software was not develloped under open source licence as GPL.Most of BT clients are GPL-licenced, what about uTorrent ?Thanks

SamTzu
I did search with many different serch words and after half an hour of this I'm just going to go and state that finding the licence information on this site is next to impossible. Why can't there be a clear link to the licence info up where everyone can see it?I'm actually trying to find if it's possible to redistribute utorrent.exe file since it's so small users could load it easily before loading my software with it (wich is biiigg - www.mattila.eu )Sam

Ultima
Provided no modifications are made, I don't see why ludde wouldn't want it to be redistributed...
Switeck
The problem with even that is the redistributed version is likely "locked".Even 6 months down the road, the µTorrent available here may be a version or 2 later. It'd be especially bad if obscure bugs were found and fixed but the redistributed version was perpetually the old, buggy one!
