Wigdet resizing not working properly in 0.9.1.1

First of all, thank you for this release. I think its a winner. I had to clear my settings before getting it to work properly but given that is item zero (zero as in: Do this before anything else) in the FAQ thats only fair game.

However, I encountered a pretty persistent widget resizing bug:

As you can see there is still a torrent above the actual upper threshold size of the download pane widget (its three actually but that is not represented in the screenshot). I wish I could reproduce it reliably .. unfortunately, that is not the case. The last time this happened was when I disabled and enabled the info pane. Resizing or enabling/disabling anything after that didn't work at all. And no, no scrolling either. I had to restart uTorrent in to "fix" the issue.
