How can I move media files from old external drive to new one?

I keep my downloading and completed media on my old, small external drive "D".

I'd like to replace it with a new 1tb external drive.

Would someone please tell me the best way to move all these files to the new drive so that Utorrent will recognize them?

If you have only few torrents, just change the download location of each torrent job.

Stop the torrent. Right click > Advanced > Set Dwl Location. Then force a recheck. Restart the torrent.

Anyway you can use BEncode Editor http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=31306 to edit resume.dat (in folder %appdata%\utorrent) with function "find/replace" and change the path (drive letter) in one click.
