using vista home premium, using bittorent 1,8.3 beta and also used 1.7

i used 1.7.x before and I even used 1.8.3 that is vista compatible, i even clicked the compatibility mode and revert to xp sp2 still same error occured

i'm using macafee security center designed for vaio sony laptops.

any takers? or just bunt me with a bat if this is already solved in faq.

Last stable supported is 1.8.2 and is Vista ready.

This issue is relative sometimes to your web browser. Try to clean your cache (and switch between browsers).

i cleared cache and everything, used stable 1.8.2 utorrent.

Can you try with a .torrent from OO: http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/

Choose a random one (like Win/OO3.0.1/En).
