Ultima Posted April 5, 2009 Report Posted April 5, 2009 How do you have the µTorrent disk cache set up?
d3box1 Posted April 6, 2009 Author Report Posted April 6, 2009 i do not know how to screen shot, but i will run down the options(unchecked) Override automatic cache size and specify the size manually (MB):(checked) Reduce memory usage when the cache is not needed ==> Advanced Cache settings<==(checked) Enable caching of disk writes (checked) Write out untouched blocks every 2 minutes (checked) Write out finished pieces immediately(Checked) Enable caching of disk reads (checked) Turn off read caching the upload speed is slow (checked) Remove old blocks from the cache (unchecked) Increase automatic cache size when cache thrashing(checked) disable windows chaching of disk writes(unchecked) disable windows caching of disk readsTo tell you the truth i have no clue what any of this means, any sort of help would be awsomeTy for responses aswell
Switeck Posted April 6, 2009 Report Posted April 6, 2009 Changes these to:(UNCHECK) Reduce memory usage when the cache is not needed (UNCHECK) Write out untouched blocks every 2 minutes (UNCHECK) Turn off read caching the upload speed is slow (UNCHECK) Remove old blocks from the cache (CHECK) Increase automatic cache size when cache thrashing(CHECK) disable windows caching of disk reads
