Hi there, i am having a problem. I download fine for awhile then randomly i check on my torrents and the speed will not exceed 10 kb/s

I have a green light, downloads for awhile then speed crash..... i restart utorrent and its fine. Whats going on here?

I am running windows 7 beta, AMD athlon x2 64

any other computer related info i can provide if needed. Thanks for looking

EDIT: isp: cox communications

dl: 10mb/s

ul: 2mb/s

port: 45685

port check: ok!

avaliblity atleast 10.800 (i can not screen shot, i forgot how to)

i am not adding the router info because it is not a port problem, i was getting this problem with vista aswell, just recently (past week or so)

Also worth mentioning, i ran a throttle test, came back unthrottled. and no bandwith cap from isp, its unlimited.

Anything else i can do, its a pain to restart utorrent every 10minutes

i do not know how to screen shot, but i will run down the options

(unchecked) Override automatic cache size and specify the size manually (MB):

(checked) Reduce memory usage when the cache is not needed

==> Advanced Cache settings<==

(checked) Enable caching of disk writes

(checked) Write out untouched blocks every 2 minutes

(checked) Write out finished pieces immediately

(Checked) Enable caching of disk reads

(checked) Turn off read caching the upload speed is slow

(checked) Remove old blocks from the cache

(unchecked) Increase automatic cache size when cache thrashing

(checked) disable windows chaching of disk writes

(unchecked) disable windows caching of disk reads

To tell you the truth i have no clue what any of this means, any sort of help would be awsome

Ty for responses aswell
