My windows firewall has utorrent exceptions but I can never establish contact with a tracker. Some of my downloads have worked but they all did it without a tracker. I have followed suggested setup settings and tried all of the suggestions provided by Ultima. I noticed that my windows firewall has tcp inbound but no tcp outbound. I have no idea how to change this or if this is even my problem. I am no computer genius or torrent genius so any help would be appreciated.
