Toryu's suggestion for Outlook/Thunderbird-style rules seems like it would be the most flexible implementation, would fit into the UI very well (a Rules section in the Preferences dialog), and would fulfill this particular request and several current and future requests. Has any serious consideration been given to it?

Okay, I wanted multiple download queues, but this might be a better option, with the improved file moving features, I think they are implementing

This is nice, took a quick look at it, I hope there will be some prioritization as there could be issues with multi-label torrents (basically some form of fool-proofing)
