moogly
Did you check your local IP didn't change and is not different than this one written in port forwarding rules in the router?
desperate
i entered utor in the router as spec by port forwarding, but the router is ending .1 my IP ends with .2 have tried both but still no go. have since learned that my isp does not support file shareing, does that make a difference. Switeck
You will likely need to try 'extreme' hiding tricks:http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?pid=361747#p361747(Note: My post immediately following that one explains what settings in uTorrent are similar to the Azureus ones.) Switeck
What happens when uTorrent disconnects?Do the peers/seeds individually disconnect first?Or does the whole connection go down...and then peers/seeds in uTorrent time out?
desperate
when utor disconnects the peers and seeds are still there but the green tick becomes the dreaded orange blob. it still d/ls, but is very slow, even dialup would be quicker. it just keeps losing connection ? have done all the p/forward ,, f/wall,, PG2 ect. have even gone commando on the web:- no security at all, still wont connect. ! it loses d/l and u/l values. Switeck
What about disabling uTP and Teredo connections?Disabled DHT, Local Peer Discovery, and Resolve IPs (which all use UDP packets)?Does resetting just your modem or router seem to temporarily 'fix' the problem?(That might let you know which one is actually overloading.)
