Problem With UTorrent Downloads/Port Forwarding - PLEASE HELP!

I am experiencing some really annoying problems with Utorrent and i would be really grateful if somebody could help me out here.....

I shall try and provide as much information as i can, however if more is required then please feel free to ask me.

I have used Utorrent for several months without a problem until i recently purchased a Wireless Router.

I am using UTorrent 1.8.2.

I purchased the Belkin G+ Mimo Cable router which is connected hard wired to my main pc downstairs, and i have another pc upstairs connecting to the router wirelessly.

The problems are occurring on the main hard wired pc downstairs even with the upstairs PC disconnected.

The torrents are not downloading. First, i noticed the yellow triangle at the bottom of the UTorrent screen, but i unchecked the Enable UpNP box in Preferences, Connection and it turned to green and says the network is working correctly, however the torrents are just not coming down on some, and others are only 0.1/0.2 kbps..........and also when i double clicked the yellow triangle and tested the port was forwarded correctly its loading up another webpage which tells me the port is not forwarded.......??

I have opened up the web interface of the Belkin Router and gone into Virtual Server, and put in Inbound Port from - to (the port no.) and also in Private IP Address/Port from to (the port no.)

Its still not playing ball, anybody have any suggestions? As i'm honestly at a complete loss as to the problem.....

Its still not working and is still telling me the port isn't open, i've done it exactly as it said in the guide, and its V2 that i have.....

Edit: Don't know what i did but was messing around with some settings in the router, changed the MAC address, the router restarted and then i changed the last prefix number of the ip address, checked the port and its now saying its open and will receive incomming connections!

Thanks!
