helskitchen
FOUND THE PROBLEM!! HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE ELSE....WITHOUT KNOWING A LOT ABOUT THIS PROCESS, IT SEEMS LIKE MY ISP (sopris surfers/sky beam) IS BLOCKING BITTORRENT/P2P TRANSFERS. I COULD DOWNLOAD FROM OPENSOURCE.DEPTHSTRIKE JUST FINE BUT WAS GETTING NOTHING FROM OTHER COMMON BOTTORRENT SOUCES. I FOUND THIS LINK (http://torrentfreak.com/how-to-encrypt-bittorrent-traffic/) AND ENCRYPTED MY TORRENTS (using "enabled" first for the outgoing protocol encryption didn't work, then i used "forced" and turned off "allow incoming legacy connections") NOW EVERYTHING IS WORKING GREAT LIKE BEFORE.ORIGINAL POST:All of a sudden uTorrent isn't working well for me- it worked fine before. I've searched all the forums and had no success fixing the problem. strange, it will download torrents from the website opensource.depthstrike just fine, but still nothing from mininova. all downloads from mininova end up as red arrows. version 1.8.2 --> then installed 1.8.3 beta and still the samewindows firewall with exception for uTorrentAVG anti virusport is forwarded & openCan someone help me troubleshoot this? thanks!
