Celor
I've got no clue what's going on; if I allow uTorrent to minimize itself to my system tray, I can't bring it back up. Every other program that I've running my tray brings itself up instantaneously, yet uTorrent won't come up at all. Now, I don't mind always having uTorrent minimized in my background--it still works for the most part--but it's so much more annoying. I guess I'll just disable the minimize to system tray option, then.
dtjohnst
Can you right-click on it and select show/hide? I have uTorrent running on a server and if I double left-click the icon, nothing happens as well. But the right-click works.
wpt
This SIMPLE feature of being able to minimize the program with left click from system tray has not worked for YEARS, I don't understand why something so simple and normal is such a problem to rectify. I don't think I have been able to minimize the program since like 2008, 2009, I can understand a couple of months or something, but 3/4 yrs and STILL not fixed? That is insane. ciaobaby
I can't recall EVER being able to left click to hide the GUI from the tray icon. Activate on click yes, but not hide it.
wpt
It's so ridiculous, such a simple, normal feature you would expect to have with pretty much any software.
ciaobaby
normal feature you would expect to have with pretty much any software. Not really, out of the ten icons in my system tray only Avast and uTorrent have a left click action to show a GUI, NONE have a show/hide toggle on single left click. What's the point of having an icon there if you can't access it? It's a normal feature as far as I know. What are the other 8 tray icons you have that you can't access? ciaobaby
What are the other 8 tray icons you have that you can't access?I can access them perfectly well, they simply behave as they should, rather than behave how you are suggesting that all system tray icons do.Avast - Single click is a show only actionK9 (email spam filter) - Double click toggles show/hideWinamp - Single click is a show only actionMatrox Power Desk - Single Click displays a context menu."Flicks" (I have a graphics pad) - Single click is a show only actionuTorrent - Single click is a show only actionVolume Control - Show onlyNetwork - Show onlyClock - Show OnlyOnly "Show desktop" is a show/hide toggle action I've turned off "Sky Drive", "Google Drive" and something else that was simply using resources since posting.
