Alpha-Toxic
I've limited my up and down speed to 5k and I'm still uploading with more than 400k. I think it was ok in ver 1.4.Not that I'm complaining for reaching high speeds, but when it gets over 1-1.5MB it's a bit too much for my HDD
Firon
And in 411?Also, how long did you wait after doing that? Did you set it globally or in the individual torrent's properties?
Alpha-Toxic
Opps, Sorry. It's the "Alternate upload speed when not downloading" option that is doing that. I noticed that few minutes after my post, by then my netowrk went down and I couldn't post . So it's not that much of a bug then.
scumbag
Since I installed and ran version 1.4 I find I am unable to limit my UPLOAD speed in any version from 1.22 onwards.Limitation of download speed has never been a problem.Otherwise my compliments on an excellent program.Cameron. Firon
You can limit your upload speed just fine... you sure you didn't turn on the scheduler or "Alternate upload rate when not downloading"?In any case, try deleting settings.dat and settings.dat.old from %AppData%\uTorrent
