utorrent won't read part of seed

I have a torrent which I created that I took off my computer. When I put it back on to reseed, utorrent checks and reads 99.9% complete. 3 files and part of another read as missing. But they aren't. And Intervideo WinDVD seems to open them. I went back to the 2nd generation source and tried to recopy to the directory, but it didn't help. As noone else is seeding, I can't get the 4 megs. I had this problem with another torrent yesterday but there was another seeder so it worked out. Any clues?
