baggygoogoo
Hi everyone,I've been searching for most of the day on this but have come to my wits end, wonder if anyone else has experience with this...A friend just gave me his laptop, which already has utorrent installed on it as he used to use it a lot.I've connected it up to the broadband here. It's just a wire that connects into the wall here so no router as far as i can work out.The green symbol at the bottom says my network is working ok. Firewall is off, Upnp port mapping is on. A port check however will tell me that the port i want to use is not open. As I am not using a router portforward isn't very useful. Not sure what else I can do to open that port. Any suggestions will be eternally appreciated!
Switeck
The "wire that connects into the wall" probably connected to a local router nearby. Hopefully, UPnP is working ok.If you get a green light in uTorrent, it is getting some incoming connections.
