DJDaveX
So... I've run uTorrent + Wine on Ubuntu seamlessly for almost a year... but todaay my first problem has arisen...uTorrent 1.8.2 froze today while I was adding a new torrent, over remote desktop (connected using NX), so I figured, f*** it, I'll reboot the system. So I connected via SSH, went "shutdown -r now", and waited for it to start up again. But when it did, uTorrent would no longer run under Wine. In the System Manager, uTorrent.exe shows up as "Zombie". Does anyone have any ideas? I know I could download a fresh copy of utorrent, but only if I have no other choice, sincee I'd rather keep the 450+ torrents I have running on there, rather than re-downloading them and sorting them again. Here's what comes up when I try and run utorrent in terminal:admin@xxxxxxx:~$ wine /home/admin/Applications/uTorrent/utorrent.exefixme:heap:HeapSetInformation 0x110000 0 0x472dfc 4fixme:heap:HeapSetInformation 0x5c0000 0 0x472dfc 4err:ole:CoGetClassObject class {304ce942-6e39-40d8-943a-b913c40c9cd4} not registerederr:ole:CoGetClassObject no class object {304ce942-6e39-40d8-943a-b913c40c9cd4} could be created for context 0x1WARNING: Trying to create a socket of type SOCK_RAW, this will fail unless you have special permissions.err:ole:CoGetClassObject class {ae1e00aa-3fd5-403c-8a27-2bbdc30cd0e1} not registerederr:ole:CoGetClassObject class {ae1e00aa-3fd5-403c-8a27-2bbdc30cd0e1} not registerederr:ole:create_server class {ae1e00aa-3fd5-403c-8a27-2bbdc30cd0e1} not registeredfixme:ole:CoGetClassObject CLSCTX_REMOTE_SERVER not supportederr:ole:CoGetClassObject no class object {ae1e00aa-3fd5-403c-8a27-2bbdc30cd0e1} could be created for context 0x17err:ole:CoGetClassObject class {ae1e00aa-3fd5-403c-8a27-2bbdc30cd0e1} not registerederr:ole:CoGetClassObject class {ae1e00aa-3fd5-403c-8a27-2bbdc30cd0e1} not registerederr:ole:create_server class {ae1e00aa-3fd5-403c-8a27-2bbdc30cd0e1} not registeredfixme:ole:CoGetClassObject CLSCTX_REMOTE_SERVER not supportederr:ole:CoGetClassObject no class object {ae1e00aa-3fd5-403c-8a27-2bbdc30cd0e1} could be created for context 0x17err:seh:setup_exception_record stack overflow 1056 bytes in thread 0009 eip 7bc76d2a esp 00240f10 stack 0x240000-0x241000-0x340000err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x47a608 "?" wait timed out in thread 001b, blocked by 0009, retrying (60 sec)If I do it again without killing the process, it tells me that another instance is running and not responding. Thanks for any help, I hope to hear from you soon

DreadWingKnight
A couple of things.1> uTorrent 1.8.2 isn't supported anymore.2> You haven't stated what version of wine you're using.
