EricPost
This looks like it should be OK but since I'm still new to uTorrent I figured I'd ask firstRight now I have Put new downloads inC:\Users\Eric\TorrentsMove completed downloads to:C:\Users\Eric\Torrents\Completed---->I just put in a new internal hard drive, (I named it my "S" drive)Since the new internal hard drive is so big I'd rather just have my completed torrents move their automatically. So if I just change it toPut new downloads inS:\torrents\downloadMove completed downloads to:S:\torrents\completedWill this throw anything off? I don't think it would but I just wanted to ask before I changed anything.
jewelisheaven
Changing the Preferences does not change existing torrents. If however you choose to change those, you can redirect it through right click -> Advanced -> set download location OR Ultima's awesome BFE tool linked in my signature. drano
If I move a large amount of of downloaded torrent data to a new drive, is there a way to tell uTorrent where the data has gone that is simpler and faster than manually using Set Download Location on each torrent that appears in uTorrent one at a time?
