Aesthete Posted April 28, 2009 Report Share Posted April 28, 2009 i just got utorrent actually i got the beta one 1st and was having difficulties..so i installed utorrent 1.8.2. the status bar is showing the yellow exclamation mark most of the time and twice it changed to the green tick sign. i'm not very good at this stuff. the only thing i understand from the reading posts of ppl with the same prob is that someone was asked to check if the firewall is excepted..i did that in utorrent and in control panel for windows firewall. I don't know what else to do and don't really understand the solutions. it also said my port doesn't not appear to be open. i went to portforward.com but i don't understand anything there. A friend of mine said portforwarding is only meant for college use, etc.. not for personal use..so I'm really lost..help me.. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
