Error: Access is Denied

Hi, every time I try to download a torrent I get an error message saying "Access is Denied". I have read the FAQ covering this error and also searched the forum for possible fixes but have not been able to fix the problem.

I have tried disabling all unnecessary processes but still cannot get it to work. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be causing it?

Where are you saving your files to?

Have you verified the security settings on the folders?

The files are saved to a separate hard drive that I use just for documents and media.

I also tried setting the files to save directly onto the desktop but the same error occurs.

if the error is related to the .torrent files then you need to take full control of the files and try to recheck the download. it worked for me at least.
