Apply Label-wide properties to torrents

if you label your torrents by tracker (like I do), some are public, some are private, each with their own ratio requirements, etc. I find a I do a lot of manual editing of individual torrents to add these properties.

It would be nice to be able to have a UL speed/DL speed/ratio cap that auto-applied to all of the torrents with that label

I'd assume that's what ludde's going to allow to be done with the forthcoming torrent management facilities (collapsible categories and whatnot). It probably won't be in the next version, since the next version is focusing on PE and PEX, but later.

I second this request. I find myself wanting/needing this more and more for every day that passes.

Bumping this as well. This thing is on top of list of features I'd like to see implemented. Modifying properties of hundreds of torrents manually one by one is rather um incovenient
