yanoosh351 Posted April 30, 2009 Report Share Posted April 30, 2009 hey guys im using the latest utorrent and i have vista.my internet connection is 1024/256 kbps. when i download a torrent i get shocking speeds mostly anywhere between under 10 kb up to 20 or 30. sometimes it will go over 100kb and last for only a min or two and then back down to under 10. what the hells going on? i have the speed guide setting on 96k and have changed the default upload limit from that to 9 instead of 7. any help please guys im killing myself over these speeds its a joke!
