Mihujoy Posted May 1, 2009 Report Share Posted May 1, 2009 Hi.I have utorrent 1.8.2 and i downloaded with a maximum speed of 210 kb with it.But today i noticed that utorrent doesn't download with more than 190 kb and i didn't put a download limit.I really don't know what is happening 'cause i tryed very well seeded torrents with more than 500 seeds and just 100 leechers and it's the same.Please help.
