Need help setting up bandwidth sharing between uTorrent and Firefox

I have the usual problem. Web browsing is slow while downloading. And I don't want to cut 25% off my download capacity to speed it up, a new page is so rarely loaded in Firefox anyway. Then I heard about QoS that can be set up in the router to somehow share the bandwidth. I can't find any info on this method that would make any sense to me. I tried to enable it like it shows in this picture.

I tried the realtime VBR and CBR method => browsing still very slow. I don't know if it should have been been that simple anyway...

So...does anyone know how to give a browser priority over utorrent other than limiting download speed or using the scheduler? I'm running Windows 7 (Vista). Netlimiter's priority system doesn't help either.

Most QoS setups I've seen, you have to tell it the max download and upload so it knows when to start prioritizing packets.

Also, uTorrent's upload speed max and other settings can also cause EXTREME web surfing lag if set too high.
