Changing the Save As Location

I would like to see a feature that would allow you to change the location where the file has been saved if the location changed.

For example:

I started downloading a file onto the desktop. I then decide to move it to another folder after downloading the file or after downloading x amount before shutting down the computer. When I start the client again, it won't detect this change and I can't seem to find a way within the client to be able to change the new download location.

The only work around I know for this right now is to delete the download from the client and then move the torrent back into the client and then point it to the new download location.

I would much rather be able to do this from within the client then removing and repointing. =/
