Problem with incoming connections

Hello. Sometimes utorrens shows no incoming connections. i don't know why. i reset the router, open ports again, but this time it doesn't helped(

SMC 8014 Gateway router > Linksys WRT54GS >pc1,2

smc ip is 10.1.10.1

linksys is 192.168.1.1

pc 192.168.1.100

on smc i open port lets say 2000 for ip 10.1.10.10

on linksys i open for 192.168.1.1, 192.168.1.100, 192.168.1.1001 ( just in case ))

everything like in manuals on www.portforward.com

but this time nothing helps. Checking port 2**** on 69.248.***.**...

An error has occurred!

Port 2*** does not appear to be open.

What I shuld try? please help me (
