problems with DHT local peer discovery and peer exchange

i have utorrent 1.8.4. when i'm downloading a torrent and i check the tracker, i find the following:

DHT - Not Allowed

Local Peer Discovery - Not Allowed

Peer Exchange - Not Allowed

I do not have any firewall.

Can anyone please help?

1> 1.8.4 doesn't exist.

2> 1.8.2 is the latest stable, 1.8.3 for beta and 1.9 for alpha.

3> If the torrent is private flagged there is nothing to do unless you have an error message for the tracker itself.
