Ok, this is outrageous!

You should make program automaticaly limit the download speed to be equal with upload speed limit. I'm tired of seedeing at unlimited rate when I can't get even a 1kbps down speed (I haven't got firewall or similar problems, and my upload speed is around 25kbps, and my network capacity is somewhere around 500kbps, so the problem is not in my computer configuration!)

Note: this was tested on some torrents with more than 100 seeders and 300 leachers!

You've kidney-punched your own speeds by not following connection setup guides.

...? Are you asking for µTorrent to limit the upload speed based on download speed? If so, then no. It's been requested and rejected before. Imagine everyone using it, and then because of overhead or the inability to always reach high speeds, entire swarms end up progressively griding to a halt instead.
