jhazard112
I was reading in the FAQ's that you can open the maximum number of connections through a quick little regedit. So I attempted it but once I got to the point where im looking for VxD I couldnt find it. I followed exactly where i am supposed to go but nothing is there. I am running XP SP2 any help would be much appreciated.Hazard
DreadWingKnight
That "quick little regedit" doesn't apply to NT-based windows versions (including XP)The "connection limit" you're trying to open up doesn't help speeds as much as you probably think it does. Switeck
It is generally hostile to others...and not likely to help yourself either...to set uTorrent's global and per torrent connection max over 100 for slow connections.2nd link in my signature shows far more conservative (for max connections) than uTorrent's built-in Speed Guide (CTRL+G).
