I'd try http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.phpEDIT: Seems I jumped the gun, for whatever reason the first two pages of google results were.. useless? FSPro Lock My PC.. you run that right? You'd know why it would be in your winlogon? That doesn't invalidate the assumption about malware, without the process explorer log mentioned above. jewelisheaven Posted May 20, 2009 Report Share Posted May 20, 2009 Constant crashing sounds like drivers, are you using the current latest 5.7 driver found @ realtek ?If you changed the mobo in the same Windows installation... yeah that could explain the problem entirely. Be sure your Device Manager (start > run > devmgmt.msc) only has the one built in installed. Even a disabled driver may... prove to be bad juju.:/ Here's hoping it's something simple. Had XP SP2 installed from the beginning and didn't encounter any crash of uTorrent ever.Couple days ago I installed SP3 and since then always have crashes of uTorrent at startup (it has shortcut from Startup menu). Cannot be relaunched immediately - need to wait while system is completely up and only then choose "Just relaunch" and it works. Not a big deal, I don't reboot for months. But more annoying thing is that sometimes (~50%) it crashes when picks torrent from Firefox. And crashes the process that is supposed to pass data to already running process. It means that uTorrent remains alive, but new torrent not added for download.I thought maybe UPX eventually has messed up; downloaded uncompressed exe...
