I use my phone as a modem connected thru a proxy server. i'm totally clueless about what to put in the settings i tried everything that i thot would clear the matter but it doesn't help. it is actually a WAP connection that i've extended to my comp, evrything works fine on the surfing side but i get stuck over utorrent connection. jewelisheaven Posted May 25, 2009 Report Share Posted May 25, 2009 In all likelihood no it isn't, because there is no point on any cell network. They are usually firewalled anyway. If there's a way to check, like a browser on your phone, you can check out http://whatismyipaddress.com it might show you an external and/or proxy configuration.
