TheShadowWalker Posted May 24, 2009 Report Share Posted May 24, 2009 Ok im on roadrunner, with 10mb/down 1/mbup and for some reason ill get randomly a connection of 400-500/kbs for a few seconds than bam, 10-20kb/sec sometimes i get 30-40 that jumps to 90's100's temporarly for a few minutes, ive disabled all dht, unpnp and nat-pmp or whatever its called, my max upload slots are 9, i set my speed to 10mb and tried 2mb (using utorrent 1.9beta) port forwarding and everything seems to be fine, ive checked all the guides ect, nothing is working and keeping my download steady and/or high like it should be, please help!
