what ip does the tracker see when i set the utorrent proxy to http 127.0.0.1 port xxxx my wan ip or my proxy settings in ff?

127.0.0.1 is surely not a proxy, it's an IP for localhost.

in my ff i use http proxy. how will i configure utorrent so that tracker sees same ip as my ff no my wan ip? should i put something like http proxy too in the connection or just ip/hostname report to tracker only?

You can use a proxy (like this one in your browser) to communicate with the tracker. Anyway it can surely not use to do torrenting because proxies supporting torrenting are rare.

there is 1 from uk but NOT FREE. i'll just put the proxy address in ip/hostname... so that tracker data updates accurately.

Many trackers ignore or don't use the function about ip/hostname reporting. If you want to use a proxy, use the proxy feature in uT.

Many HTTP proxies will work if you don't use the proxy for p2p connections.

Unless the proxy is anonymous, trackers can still figure out what your real IP is too.
