I have all the ports open for booth programs but in vuze it seeds but not in utorrent.to be exact utorrent seeds, but not at full speed, but only while I'm downloading. As soon as i'm just seeding it stops seeding.some help please. i prefer utorrent and want to solve this. PLEASE!PS: even with all torrents green!
