UnworthyBean Posted May 31, 2009 Report Share Posted May 31, 2009 Every once in a while (couple of hours normally) Norton 360 will pop up and block an 'Intrusion attempt - Portscan' and then subsequently I will get low download speeds on uTorrent - around 40kb/s from 250kb/s.If I restart, Downloads go fine until in a couple of hours it will repeat. I've turned off portscan detection on Norton so it no longer blocks them, But I would rather not have a security risk, also, It doesn't seem to do much.uTorrent settings are all correct.
