kingnick
A feature that I always wanted was the ability to specify a different value when seeding only from the Maximum No. of connected peers per torrent value. For example I am on a well seeded torrent and I choose to connect to 200 peers per torrent when leeching but when it comes to seeding I am still connected to 200 peers but only uploading to less than 25, to me this seems like a real waste of overheads and it would be better to be able to set a Maximum No. of connected peers per torrent when seeding of say 50.Suggestions as to wether others think this is/is not a good idea are welcome. Martin Levac
http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=4144As a side note, what's your upload speed and upload slots when you download and when you seed? It would be preferable to set a reasonable number of connections and upload slots to improve overall speed for everybody connected to you.ML
kingnick
Well I average 850KB/sec down and 100KB/sec up so I set upload slots to 25 so that every peer get at least 3KB/sec off me.
Firon
You should use less slots, like 10, with an upload like that.
