Foulzor
Hi, I run utorrent 1.8.2 build 14458. In the past week I've started having problems with utorrent freezing and crashing. I think it might have to do with disk overload problems. The utorrent.exe if left to run will get into the 1 GB memory usage range and higher. What do I need to do? I read somewhere that this might be a caching problem because my hard drive isn't writing fast enough, but I've only been downloading one torrent for the past week. Just in case I changed my disk cache settings: unticked everything but ticked disable cache of writes and disable cache of reads. If someone could please tell me what the real problem is and some solutions that'd be awesome. Using utorrent 1.8.2 on Windows XP SP3
DreadWingKnight
I see no hijackthis log or process explorer process list with the dll list for the utorrent.exe process.
