RED download arrows, multiple errors

Up until about a week ago I was having no problems with utorrent at all. then one day i restarted my pc and the program slowly stopped working. at first i would get red arrows when i was downloading, but the files still downloaded, on the other hand I wasn't able to seed anything. Now I still get the red arrows, but no downloads. Either it'll say it's downloading but never transfer data, or it'll start a download and then stop quickly and give me an error message. here are the messages:

error:the system cannot find the file specified, error:the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process, [2009-05-24 21:55:42] IO Error:2 line:400 align:1 pos:1795244 count:131072 actual:-99, error: the device is not ready. i checked my port forwarding (60229) and it says its working properly but i can't connect to anything. please help

Your issues have more to do with media indexers on your system causing problems than anything else.

Post a hijackthis log please.
