eqao Posted June 3, 2009 Report Share Posted June 3, 2009 i am running ut 1.8.2os=win7 7100 rcfirewall unblocked, ports r forward correctly.network is adsl ... download http speed is 500kb+~900kb+ok this is the problem... the port test icon is on ok.... when i test it is says ok.... when i test again... it says failed.... and my dl speed is slow as hall... 50k top..... help plz..... all the files i downloads all have 30 seeder+if theres solution show me plz............
