Power Saving with µTorrent

Does anyone know what the best settings for power saving would be when running µTorrent or even if there's any type of power management settings that could enabled while running it? I would like to save as much power as possible, since I'm running it on a gaming rig which sucks power like no other. I know standby will kill my torrents, and spinning down hard disks barely saves anything in the first place, and that's only if they ACTUALLY spin down. So, I ask, does anyone have any ideas? I'm running Windows Vista SP2

Gfx card and CPU are usually the big users (exponentially more then HDs or USB devices) so:

Use a Gfx card that scales it's power consumption.

Don't run apps that consume lots of CPU cycles (i.e. don't run Distributed Computing projects).

Still you can also save little bits of power if you:

Unplug all (non-essential) USB devices.

Turn off monitors using their power button.

Set your sceensaver to blank black screen.

Have the video power down after 15-30 minutes of inactivity by the user.

...Then the video card usually goes into low power mode at that time.

C: drive where Windows is installed will almost certainly not spin down. If uTorrent's settings is on a hard drive, it won't spin down either because uTorrent writes to its settings files once a minute.
