But for example, I have my d/l connection capped in utorrent at 750kb/s and I will be downloading at that speed. Then, I add a new torrent either manually or through an RSS feed and the speed for all torrents drops to 2-5kb/s including the one that was just downloading at 750kb/s, this happens for quite a while, I can only estimate and say for 20-40 minutes and then at some point the speed picks back up.My question being what the hell is going on?
