alieser Posted June 11, 2009 Report Share Posted June 11, 2009 I saw a video in youtube.It was about speeding up the utorrent.I changed the preferences as the video says.But It made my utorrent download really slower.how can I get my preferences back?I reinstalled the program but the preferences didnt go back... Crash&Burn Posted June 11, 2009 Report Share Posted June 11, 2009 I imagine you can just shutdown uTorrent and delete: C:\Documents and Settings\YourUSER\Application Data\uTorrent\Settings.datStart up uTorrent, and it should rewrite a new Settings.dat file with defaults.
