Wasting a lot of download???

Hey guys, this is my first post here, but i've been an uTorrent user for a while.

Anyway, this is what's going on.

I've got a new pc and configured it the same as my laptop that's connected on the wireless here (so, 2 pcs, one desktop via cable and one laptop via wireless).

My router is all configured, and i've never had any problems downloading big files.

But with this new pc, here is what i got:

My download speed is an 600kb/s steady, but the avg. shows 100 kb/s.

Also, it shows an 8 gb waste download??

What could be going on.

An 4gb download, that i normally get in 3hours, its taking more than 2 days.

And just to make it clear, i don't think this is a problem with the torrent, cause i've tryed with 3 others, and i got the same problem with them.

Does it occur on the test torrents mentioned 1st link in my signature which are known to be good?
