ljhsquall
My utorrent upload speed always goes over the limit that i set. Whenever this happens it kind of "jams" up my internet. It's like i can't do any internet activity while i am using torrent. Is there a way to fixed this. I already check the limit peer speed thing. But isn't that for those in my network? Firon
Try disabling DHT. It may help reduce the overhead somewhat.
Switeck
Also try disabling Resolve IPs (right-click in PEERS window of a torrent).Lower bt.connect_speed from making 20 outgoing connection attempts a second (uses a bit of upload) to maybe only 1-10 per second. ljhsquall
Doesn't really help much too. normally it exceed by about 50% or more. Can i ask if the enable outgoing encryption add overhead as well? Becase i notice whenever i purposely disable encryption and i enable it back. The moment i press apply, i notice a suddenly increase of upload speed then it slowly drops back.
Switeck
Making new connections costs bandwidth, even MORE SO if they're encrypted.I don't know your exact settings...because at really low or high values things gets weird.
